In this case, we are looking at an opportunity to create a forum within Engineering to focus upon re-entry.
GW Johnson would be a member who could make meaningful contributions to such a forum.
He has been working on re-entry for quite some time, and is currently working on a special purpose lander for Mars.

The new forum might simply be called Re-entry Technology (or something along those lines)
It could then have topics about various scenarios, starting with Earth and including Mars, Venus,
Re-entry is a special case of Atmospheric Entry ... Perhaps it does not deserve it's own forum.
It ** is ** of current interest because SpaceX is pursuing total reusability of Starship, and that means it must solve the re-entry problem.
