Well I hope the harrassers are being escorted out.
From everything I'm hearing, the more docile ones have to be escorted out by poll workers every couple hours. As for the more aggressive individuals, there have reportedly been a few arrests. I'm just getting bits and pieces from radio and the occasional phone call, so I don't have a complete picture as of yet but the problems are clearly stemming overwhelmingly from one end of the spectrum. Rather pontless, the state is almost certainly going to go Democrat anyway. Not exactly the place to pull this stuff. But reason has since taken a back seat it seems.
I'm surrounded by angry jackasses!

*They're having problems with MoveOn.org in Iowa as well, according to a news report I just heard (coincidentally). The org is giving an official statement that its volunteers have been advised of the rules before entering polling places...apparently some of the volunteers "forgot" and MO is checking into the complaints.

Weird how the mind filters stuff... You read something, and retain the things you want to 'hear'
I kind of read over the 'business-talk' about shuttle, ISS... read it more like: we have problems, gota fix em, to go on...

I wonder if the guy wrote it hiself: it's too good, all the necc. business-talk is in there, but also the 'feeling' that you would not expect from a manager.

I know: there are a lot of high-ranking managers with the right dreams, passions, but you tend to imagine them as penny-pinchers...

Yes, it's very close almost too close tom make a real remark, I've the read the news reports and say its still counting up the votes. So not matter who you vote for Democrat or Republican make sure your vote was gotten, 1-866-OUR-VOTE .
Looks Bush has a slight lead, but Kerry is near and both of them need Ohio. :up:

Still, I hold John Kerry in higher esteem today than I have through the entire campaign. In defeat he may have done far more good for this nation than he ever could have done as President. Time will tell.

So we now have a lame-duck President with a Congressional majority and a mandate. His Party is poised to split between Conservatives and over-spending Bush "neo-cons" while the opposition is only going to flip out more in a fit of despair and rage, driving a wedge between reasonable liberals and Leftist kooks. It's going to be interesting.

Now we will see if he can deliver, without blaming Bill Clinton.
