In the closing days of 2025, we NewMars members have an opportunity to think about how we might be able to improve the environment to attract and retain new members.
The people who will be exploring and setting Mars are alive on Earth today.
The NewMars forum is well positioned to serve as a gathering place, and more importantly, a source of knowledge about how to deal with the challenges ahead.
The forum has a long and rich history of conversation about a wide variety of subjects.
At one time there were many active members, and the list of participants exceeds 1000 over the 20+ years the forum has been running.
This topic is offered for members to suggest ways we might improve our performance with each post, in order to create an environment where new members might feel encouraged, and where everyone is willing to learn from each other.
We are fortunate to have a few members with far greater knowledge than average, and we have members who are interested in lifetime learning with a focus on the Mars challenge.
We are a part of the Mars Society, which is itself actively pursuing knowledge, and more importantly, sharing knowledge with all who might be interested.
