Sigh...
The U.S. created computers and gave them to the world, then we gave the world the internet. If others finally want to step up and take part I'm sure we will let them but you have to get involved. No one gets any say who hasn't put in the effort to learn and improve the system.
And any country can set up it's own internet if it doesn't like the system we have given the world.
