*It seems to go from bad to worse.  Not only are they years behind schedule and -- what, $12 billion over budget (or it's cost that much already; I can't recall which) -- now they've got rocks/debris falling from the ceilings (one man's windshield has a big nasty crack in it) and a major water pipeline burst into yet another corridor.  There are concerns big portions of ceilings might collapse. 

Am glad I don't live in Boston or anywhere near that headache.

Mismanagement?  Money pit?  :-\  Understatements.

Saw a short TV news segment about it.  Every "update" seems worse than the previous one.
