EDIT: strange combination: rise of oil prices and now their Kyoto carbon surplus combining in a positive cashflow for Russia, sound illogical, no?

I was only teasing...
I've got to admit, I grew increasingly sceptical over the more recent press-releases by the Russian space agency, going "yeah, right, with what money'" every time they announced yet another big plan for the future.
Sure hope my scepticism gets less reason for existance, the coming years. They sure have an urge to 'get out,' but they had no money...
