CEV is Crew Exploration Vehicle
SEI stands for Space Exploration Initiative
OSP is Orbital Space Plane
EDL is Entry, Descent, and Landing (commonly used during the Spirit landing and probably soon with Opportunity)
Hope that clears things up. I get confused sometimes, too. CEV, especially, since it just doesn't make much sense; it could pertain to undersea exploration for all we know.
