"Gigantic Observation Device Opens the Door to the Mysteries of Space."  This is in Japan.

*A topic totally new to me.  I saw the first reference to it in my _Cambridge Encyclopedia of the Sun_ book. 

"The facility is designed to detect neutrinos which come flying in from outer space." 

The design of SK is very beautiful too.  A larger photo in my book shows the mail-like network of greenish-steel colored "bubbles."
