This topic is inspired by one of the many (countless) visions of Void....
Nature uses Solar Power to generate millions of liters of fresh water every day, by exciting water molecules to leave the liquid oceans and water bodies.
Nature uses Solar Power to lift those water molecules to heights above the surface, and then transports those vast quantities of water literally around the planet.
Humans passively wait for Nature to deliver fresh water wherever Nature feels like delivering it.
Humans have (on rare occasion) actively transported fresh water from one place to another, taking advantage of all the work performed by Nature to place that water where it might be collected and channeled.
Until the Vision of Void however (to the best of my knowledge) humans have NEVER used active measures to remove water molcules from the atmosphere.
This forum is a place where knowledge can be distributed from those who possess it to those who do not.
I am hoping two things will happen as we open this topic:
First, if members are aware of any humans ** ever ** using active measures to remove water molecules from the air, this topic is a great place to offer that knowledge .
Second, if members are aware of passive methods humans might have devised to pull water molecules out of the air, this topic is a great place for that knowledge as well.
Beyond that, we have the opportunity to consider the Vision of Void.... that there may be a way to actively pull water molecules out of the air.
