It makes sense they would use them in New Orleans tightly packed old streets and seems like a good idea for densely populated regions, the auto-rickshaw design. Some weeks back I asked AI to paint Indian Hindu culture on Mars and it filled the pictures with Auto-Rickshaw, perhaps a set of Rule and Regulation for Road Travel would be enforced on Mars
