I think protection of a Civilization's kids, things that are only appropriate for an adult like drugs should not be pushed on kids, the children are important in a ways they are the investment of a future generation. For a while people from the entertainment era of the 1960s to 2016 probably thought David Bowie was something odd or weird, he sang about Space, Starman and Major Tom, he did the theater gender fluid thing with Rebel Rebel 'You've got your mother in a whirl She's not sure if you're a boy or a girl'. Before it was weird or unique but now its everywhere on tv. I wonder if its 'normal' of tv and music and political fashion or is there perhaps a predator, deviant influence or some level of abuse behind some of it, were they abused by the pop star and hollywood casting couch. Or maybe its an event like a processed food chemical in kids breakfast or a weird thing their fizzy drink is setting some hormonal thing off.

While we are more liberal in the Not so free chat area, we still must be mindful that the website is provide for discussion that effects mars and how to solve going to Mars safely. That setting up a colony would be very much unique in all aspects related to having never lived anywhere else in that we would not want to make the same mistakes.

Why would we ever allow such people to even get to Mars?
Would we not have a weeding out process long before they go to keep such animalistic behavior from ever getting to Mars.
Is man de-evolving as a result of man-made changes that we live in?

We know that traveling in the emptiness of space that our bodies will be damaged to the DNA levels as we have the Twin experiment for the ISS, and it would seem blood related changes as well.
