Scotland Launch Site

The company described in the article at the link below has not yet achieved orbit, but as of June of 2020, they have made good progress in their unmanned vehicle development program.

The author of the article uses an unusual term in describing the company's interest in serving the small satellite market.

I'm not sure what to make of it. Perhaps it is a Scottish expression?

Thanks for the feedback!  I replaced the Yahoo link with Techcrunch ... it was working when I tested it
