No. It is not.

Besides, our current draft policy covers from 18-26, not 18-40.

It would take the sizeable destruction of US forces for the draft to be even remotely considered.

*I've not heard that the draft will be reinstated (I hope it is not).  Besides, the age margin would be wrong; last I knew, 35 years of age was the cut-off point for enlisting into military service (and I presume is also the cut-off point for the draft).
