Re: A little song (rewrite)

*Oh give me a home
where the dust devils roam

Where the rovers and little
probes play

where never is heard
a discouraging word

and the skies are butterscotch
all day....

Re: A little song (rewrite)

*Hey!

Someone should rewrite those old Beach Boys songs about muscle cars and etc. for the Saturn V rocket.

You know, rewrite "409"...something like that...

"When I take SV to the launch pad it really shines...it roars loud enough to melt your mind...!!"

Re: A little song (rewrite)

Perhaps this isn't the best... Mr. Simon, Mr. Garfunkel, all apologies...

A take off of April come she will by Simon and Garfunkel (I just can't stop listening!) big_smile

Mars come we will
When dreams are ripe and doubts do wane;
Mars, we will stay,
Never turning back again.
Mars, she?ll change our tune,
In restless walks we?ll prowl her night;
Mars, we will fly
Our journey begun at the end of flight.

Mars, die she must,
Your vacuum winds blow chilly and cold;
Mars I?ll remember
A love once that made us bold.
