I'm pinning my hopes for space travel on (currently) three companies. SpaceX for the launchers, Bigelow for the Stations and AOO (Assembled On Orbit) spacecraft, and SpaceDev for crew launchers.

Well, if it can survive the vacuum, extremes of temp., micrometeroids, etc of space it would easily work in the much more hospitable conditions on other planets.

Unless you're talking Venus, Gas Giants, things like that  lol  lol  lol  lol

Plentiful Solar energy? But then again, all energy would have to go to keeping it from crashing into the Sun.
