Launch date for the daily report.

Foremost among these is the Large Ship, which would have some similarity to the newly announced rotating space hotel for LEO, but which would have the distinct advantage of mobility. It is being designed for the Earth/Mars passenger transport trade. Assistance is needed with every aspect of design.

For SpaceNut re data from Bans table ...
Thank you for sending those two email with detail of the (somewhat perplexing) behavior of FluxBB ...
I'm guessing (again without access to the underlying ID field) that the problem we are seeing (thanks to your documentation) is a result of duplication of the UserId from the User table.
There must have been a time when an earlier version of FluxBB allowed an Administrator/Moderator to ban an iD multiple times.
Hopefully that behavior has been corrected in the current version.
You can test it by trying to ban an ID multiple times.
If the system allows you to create multiple Bans for a given User ID, then ** that ** is a problem that needs to be addressed.
The folks at fluxbb.org have been helpful in the past, and i am confident they will entertain a question about this if it remains a problem.
If you have the ability to see the actual ID of the records in the Bans table, please see if my theory is correct.
Again, based only on theory on my part, I am guessing that the query I run is fetching only the first copy of a duplicate record from the Bans table. I then upgrade that ID, leaving the duplicate in place. However, when I ** then ** run the Bans page to remove the email address, I would only be working on the first record that might be there. The system would only fetch one to display, and which one is delivered is (I am guessing) selected at random, or by some criteria such as physical placement in the Bans table (ie, ID order).
Meanwhile, I'm proceeding with "one page" queries for WBA.

While I understand not everyone can afford a copy of the new Mars Society book, I am ** surprised ** that anyone can live in a first tier company without a credit card. I went back in your many posts and learned about your (to me enviable) ability to live without a car! I have the option of renting a pickup truck from a nearby rental agency that is just a few blocks away, and I'll have to think about that instead of just automatically jumping into the car. Rental costs on the order of $50 (US) for a day, including refilling the gas tank. How does your local car sharing facility handle rental expenses? How can you rent without a credit card?
I use cash for only one transaction per week these days, and could convert that to credit card if I weren't so set in my ways.
However ... back to the book .... I'd like to make sure that a long term member such as yourself is able to hold a copy of the book in your hands, and (more importantly) to contribute to discussion here on the forum about the various studies, to see which ones might be worth supporting.
It might be possible to raise funds to purchase a copy of the book for you. I have no idea what the response of the forum might be, but there is surely no harm in asking.
I understand that living without a car and without a credit card leads to a different life style than I can imagine, but it must be working for you.

The recent initiative of Oldfart1939 to design a 17 person landing party for Mars would seem likely to be of interest to On-Earth veterans of scientific expeditions. There may be something in the experience of humans accumulated over centuries that would be worth considering when planning an expedition for Mars.
I am confident there are teams around the world already hard at work developing plans for consideration by national leaders.
The recent online/virtual presentation by Ben Huset for the North Houston chapter of the NSS included mention of an entire Mars simulation site in the Gobi desert, where a variety of simulation activities have (apparently) been carried out.
