Is it to much to ask that something get put into the location form where the poster resides.
It sure would make it easier to form groups to maybe ever skype a conversation or two with some one that is local to one another in such attempts.
Speaking of which I am from NH, USA.
From a small hick town, unemployed and still trying to make a difference.
I want space to become a household word to talk about and not to ignore.
To dream the dream of going to space someday for real.

The forum rules explicitly state that new users should fill out their profile, however, I have yet to have someone actually, uh, do it. And I know for a fact you can do it before being activated (by default all new users are not activated and can't post, but they can get PMs and can read the forums and log in and such).
I looked at hacking the php script that does registration but it really doesn't have the facilities to enforce this rule, unfortunately. I don't know what to do about it, I really don't. I should look in to it again, soon.
All the best on your venture SpaceNut.
