NASA, Virgin Galactic to Explore Future Cooperation
Under the terms of the memorandum, NASA Ames Research Center, located in California’s Silicon Valley, and Virgin Galactic LLC, a U.S.-based subsidiary of Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group, will explore possible collaborations in several technical areas employing capabilities and facilities of NASA’s Ames Research Center.

NASA and Virgin Galactic Wednesday signed an agreement to explore the possibility of working together to develop new spacesuits, hybrid rocket motors and other space technology.Under the two-year memorandum of understanding, neither the NASA Ames Research Center nor Virgin Galactic would have to pay fees or fund the exploratory collaboration.
NASA, Virgin Galactic to develop hypersonic spacecraft
scientists and facilities at the NASA Ames Research Center in Silicon Valley to support its current plans for suborbital spaceflight. By 2008, Virgin Galactic, a U.S. subsidiary of Branson's Virgin Group, plans to take six passengers up to a low-Earth orbit in its SpaceShipTwo.
NASA and Virgin Galactic signed a memorandum of understanding that stipulates neither will "pay fees or provide funds to support the areas of possible consideration."
Nasa joins with Virgin to design passenger planes for space
Nasa scientists would work with his company on potential technology for Space Ship Three, including designing hybrid rocket motors and hypersonic vehicles capable of travelling at more than five times the speed of sound. Nasa also plans to buy seats on Space Ship Two for astronauts on its training programme.He expected the cost of the flights to drop quickly: £50,000 per passenger by 2015 and £25,000 per passenger a few years later

No. White Knight is the Scaled Composites vehicle that was used to airlaunch SpaceShipOne, afterwards they leased it to NASA for X-37 drop tests, it has nothing to do with Virgin Galactic. VG are contracting Scaled to build SpaceShipTwo, it will have a new much bigger carrier aircraft. This is the first deal between NASA and VG.
