This topic contains real image sequences of Mars.
Currently most of them have been made on the surface by the MERs. There is a sequence of Sojourner made from the lander and another of Opportunity taken by MRO. Hopefully the collection will grow in time.
A great collection of MER and Mars Pathfinder videos are available here
Various videos from the STScI Hubble site
Mars rotating - sequenced from amateur Earth based images captured during close approach August 2003

MER Opportunity digging out of Purgatory dune where it was trapped for several weeks (sequenced by dotdk)
Note shadows jumping as sequence is built up from frames captured on different sols.

Is that dust I am looking at? It almost looks like clouds.

Clouds. Probably CO2 and or H20 ice crystals but there could also be some dust intermixed. AFAIK the MERs can't determine the composition neither can orbital satellites.

Yep, it's nicely made ... but it has animation mixed in.
If you know any real video, please add or link.

Does this mean animation is not allowed? Animation can be quite real. For instance 3D models can be formed though topographical data. This allows us to gain different perspectives on the landscape then the original camera angle.

How about making a new topic for Animations? I was hoping to keep this topic for real video as there is so little. There's tons of good animation too, it may look real but it's just not the same.

There are plenty of movies generated with Midnight Mars Browser (The Spirit and Opportunity image browsing, stitching, movie... program)
See here for a nice set: (all Quicktime)

These are similar to your initial link, but much better quality...
Have fun. And make sure to go to the MMB mainpage (link at the bottom) and have a look at MarsCat's pictures too!

MER Spirit moving to its 2008 Winter haven
Crossing the Winter Finish Line - 26 Dec 2007
Human explorers would be hard pressed to show more persistence than NASA's Mars rover Spirit. After weeks of careful driving with a broken front wheel, Spirit finally made it to a north-facing slope of "Home Plate."
The rover gradually descended over the north edge to get into position, as shown here, tilting its solar panels 13 degrees toward the sinking winter Sun to maximize power. Rover drivers plan to continue nudging Spirit forward, increasing the tilt, to track the Sun as it moves lower in the northern sky.

Opportunity turned its rover eyes skyward to observe clouds drifting overhead that look like cirrus clouds on Earth -- featherlike formations composed mostly of ice crystals.
By looking at the clouds, Opportunity learns about seasonal and daily weather patterns on Mars. Scientists want to understand how water vapor is transported around the planet. For example, on the extremely cold red planet, surface ice warmed by sunlight can briefly turn to vapor that rises into the atmosphere and then quickly cools to form ice crystals again, either in clouds or back on the ground. Scientists also estimate wind speed and direction based on the movement of the clouds. It definitely gives you the sense of what it might feel like to sit back and watch clouds on Mars.
