Re: Go ahead and slouch

<Whew>, what a relief!  I gave up trying to sit bolt upright years ago.  Don't slouch exactly, but as I'm sitting now my back feels comfy.

Re: Go ahead and slouch

The article only makes sense since a reclined chair reduces the load on your spine because the chair supports some of your weight. There are of course drawbacks since taking weight off you back reduces mussel mass and bone density. An interesting article none the less. Now I can explain to my boss why it is important for me to lay back while I work. smile

Wow, that would totally explain why I have *no* back problems after *years* of "reclining back" and just chilling with my feet up. That's how I've always operated.

Keyboard in lap, feet up. Only way to roll.
