I’d say it is spam. Posting the link in multiple place in the forum with out so much as a summery of what the link contains. I believe if people want to post in a forum they should participate at least somewhat in the community if only for a day.

I guess the bad impression Fabio has got himself into is because he posted on several places, w/o realising that is not quite good netiquette.

And then he linked to his query, but the links were broken, leading to generic search-sites.

Just a case of being verliy enthousiastic, I guess.

We've seen a fair bit of spammers, recently, so it is normal people are suspicious, Fabio, don't take that personal.
