Re: The Space Show

Yes, I'm subscribing to it via iTunes (don't have an iPod, just listen to it on computer)

But I thought Dr. Zubrin's interview lacked some depth.
The Q&A's (in all the shows, for that matter) bother me a bit, people asking 'off-topic' questions (like asking rocket-builders about life on planets, they should just say "that's not my field of expertise," maybe give a short personal view, but don't waste time on such stuff, leave it to other interviewed in the Spaceshow...
I mean, I love the Spaceshow, but it 'wanders' too much off the path... You invite a XYZScientist/enterpreneur/whatever, then let's talk about XYZ, not ABC...

I thought Zubrin gave a good answer to the question asked about life on mars.

Re: The Space Show

Is anyone so bad at spelling that they can’t sometimes spell words close enough no matter how many tries before a spell checker suggests the right word? Sometimes I have this problem. I found a list of common spelling errors on the internet. Maybe it will help.

Re: The Space Show

I can understand you would like to learn more about Dr Zubrin but I think Zubrin got mainly the questions he wanted. To me in a large part Zubrin is a politician. He communicates his frustration in an attempt to influence change. Listen to his voice when he answers questions.

The one question I think that was outside of what Zubrin whished to discuss was the question about O’Neal colonies. Although I did find Zubrin’s answer interesting it does show how he likes to exaggerate some when he doesn’t like an idea. The space show could restrict the scope of the allowed questions if it wanted. If there was enough callers maybe restricting the scope of questions could lead to a better show.
