Re: Space Commonwealth Development Project

To Whom It May Concern,

I am acting on behalf of the Space Commonwealth Development Group. The Space Commonwealth Development Group is currently introducing the prospect of a Space Commonwealth Government to all space industry stakeholders.
Currently we are in the process of establishing a territorial claim over all of Space and the planets that exist beyond earth that it that both territorial and mineral rights may be subject to a governing body recognised by the United Nations.

The long term plan is to contract out the process of Martian and lunar colonization to the sum of fifty million billion dollars in a New Currency standard backed by the inherent wealth of our territorial claim at each stage of colonization. Mars Colonization involves the population of Mars territories by ten million citizens who would be citizens of an entirely new human civilization. This colonization arc would occur over a period of one hundred years and require a new level of industrial activity on the part of the Space industry.

As part of that infrastructure development contract, a Space transfer service will be contracted to move people (approximately one hundred thousand people per year) between Earth and the Moon at the expense of the Space Commonwealth for that hundred years so that private sector Space Habitats and Lunar Colonies are able to get a strong footing on the Moon and in orbit.
We will also be looking at the Moon being a tax free industry site to encourage the citizens and corporations of existing Earth nations to change citizenship to that of the Space Commonwealth and relocate industry and a human presence to the moon and orbit.

Basically we are looking to free people and industry of the expense of Space Launch for the next hundred years.
