Just a tip, you can use http://www.xnview.com]XnView to resize images. It's all a matter of loading the image in the program, clicking edit->resize, and setting the size to the boards maximium (80x80 pixels). You can only upload avatars as of now, and they're somewhat limited in how big they can be (8k bytes at 80x80 pixels), I plan to add a modification for the avatars, but that's not a priority right now, and if everyone likes how it works now, I may just leave it be.

*Josh: I know you've been very busy, etc. I nearly forgot I asked this (it was super-early in the morning), and wanted to bring it forward:
Admins can do anything they want to users, including changing their name
*Hi Josh. "Including changing their name"...the username, right? Want to be certain. In the event I were to request my username be changed to something along astronomy lines (star name or etc.), you could do that?
And all my past posts would bear that username?
It's 4:32 a.m...hopefully I'm interpreting what you've said correctly. If so, I'll definitely consider it.
Thanks.

Oh! I did see that Cindy. I just forgot to respond. And the answer is. Yes.
If you would like your username changed, feel free to PM me with a new username. All your past posts, all the way back to 2002, will be "converted" as it were. Neat, huh? You couldn't do that with IkonBoard!
Thanks for your understanding about my crazy life, I really do appreciate all of you guys being patient with me as I work on these things. But hey, at least I'm around!

You're doing great, Josh.
I see the PM through email works great now, too.
And all that in your spare time, kudos!

There are a few bugs left to squash, like " getting posted weird (as html ") but it works for now.

Oh dear. I just noticed a grave problem. PM Notifications don't go through to your email if you're browsing the forum when the PM is sent!
edit: I think emails may be broken on the server, I'll have to look in to it. It may fix itself by this evening. Off for now guys. Hope you have a good day everyone.

How does one set the clock? Weird, but I can't seem to find the setting...

Go to "profile" from the header. Click on the "profile" tab, to the left there's a few items for personal info and under that it says "profile settings" or something along those lines (too early to remember something I checked ten seconds ago) :?
Click that, and among other things there will be a line to input your timezone as a + or - off GMT.

I swear I thought I clicked on every clickable thing! Must've overlooked that one, thinking it was just a descriptor...
Thanks, C.C.

dicktice, I take it your password got borked? You have to "log in" at the top to edit your old posts, there will be an edit button there, too. I hope you don't find the change too annoying, you're one of my favorite posters. I am going to reset your password anyway, then you can go into your profile and change it to something you know.
