SpaceDev (OTCBB: SPDV) creates and sells affordable and innovative space products and solutions to government and commercial enterprises. SpaceDev products and solutions include the design, manufacture, marketing and operation of sophisticated micro and nano satellites, hybrid rocket-based orbital Maneuvering and orbital Transfer Vehicles (MoTVs) as well as safe sub-orbital and orbital hybrid rocket-based propulsion systems. SpaceDev has been awarded contracts from NASA, National Reconnaissance Organization (NRO), Boeing, Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), California Space Authority (CSA) Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) and several commercial customers. SpaceDev is also developing commercial hybrid rocket motors and small high performance space vehicles and subsystems.

I take it everyone already knows about spacedev then!
Sorry I was in a hurry. I beleive this company will become to space exploration what microsoft is to computing. I was very exited to discover spacedev and strongly beleive that commercial space programs are the way forward.

Oh yes definately. But I was unaware until only very recently. In fact I think it was while searching SpaceShipOne related searches on google that I came across spacedev. Guess I have lot's of catching up to do

I wonder how far SpaceDev can take the Dreamchaser space tourism vehicle. They claim it will be better than SpaceShipOne, but they're also doing the SS1 engine. Hedging their bets, I see...

I hope that they shot for orbital capability and not just settle for sub orbital as there final goal.
