Re: Cosmic Radiation in Transit

I haven't been able to find any information regarding the amount of cosmic radiation encountered in transit to mars.  I know what The Case for Mars says about it but haven't any of the probes we've sent to mars carried equipment that measures the amount of radiation encountered in transit as well as on the surface?

Re: Cosmic Radiation in Transit

I can't find this information on the web neither. But I've read once that it is for about a half from the sun and a half from deep space sources. I can't find more.
