Um, I believe that came straight out of Zubrin's "Case for Mars, outlining the advantages of bypassing the Moon and going straight to Mars, which is supposely the cornerstone of the Mars Society.  Now it seems they're changing their tune in response to Dubya's new space plan...perhaps we should write Zubrin and ask him to "clarify" things for us...  ???

*I dyed my hair red (soft auburnish) last evening.  It didn't turn out so well (my hair didn't "take" most of the color), so I'll have to redo it. 

About 20 minutes ago, as I was scrambling breakfast eggs for my husband and I, the pepper shaker slipped out of my hand and fell into the eggs.    I seldom have mishaps in the kitchen, in case you're wondering (I doubt you are).

I saw a guy on T.V. with his pet rock years ago. He'd had limited success in teaching it tricks but he demonstrated pretty convincingly that it had mastered an understanding of the command: "STAY!"

    Well, at least it was a start.

You haven't fully experienced life until you've watched a college basketball game in Cameron Indoor Stadium. (Duke University). 

I'd recommend wearing some ear plugs, though!
