Historically, Nasa has been unable to commercialise its efforts to any significant point of fiscal achievement.

We.. (Mr. O'keef's paymasters) should propose ideas for Nasa to raise funds other than Federal buget money.

I'll start it off by suggesting a NATIONAL lottery. (All tax free profits proceeds go to Nasa)

Any other Ideas? ???
