Here it is so lets see the topics for each part of the body that has conditions associated to non earth gravity as that would also include artificial gravity. Human Health in Space Travel new category. which have been within the ISS general topics....plus others with radiation being the number one in just about every place in the forums discussions. such as inter plus planetary transportation, large ships, human ect....

The Potholes run from 239001 through 240000 completed without incident.
It found three missing posts: 239531, 239609 and 339610.
Not too bad.

Thanks for that helpful summary of the risks of radiation in space.
It seems to me that this debate is likely to continue for ever, because human beings never have enough information, and often information that humans take in is wrong.
It seems clear that a cosmic ray passing through a human body does damage to the cells it encounters on the way. It seems to me that the human body involved did not need that "adjustment", but there are some who argue that a little damage to the human body is a good thing because it gives the protective systems something to do.
I find this argument of dubious value, but I grant that it might have some merit. Our muscles become weak if they are not exercised regularly. Perhaps the mechanisms that compensate for radiation damage need some exercise, but on the whole, I would imagine the human body will last longer and provide better service to it's owner if it were not subject to these insults.
If I were shipping a group of human passengers from Earth to Mars, I would consider it obligatory to provide radiation protection at least equal to that found on Earth at the surface. We experience radiation assault on the surface of the Earth, but it seems to me we have evolved to deal with it, and that includes repair of damaged tissue.
There are others who will accept a higher risk in order to travel at less expense, and in that case, the kinds of waivers already in place for space flight should suffice to protect the shipper.

A representative of the LK Cokoino company (China) has accepted my invitation to join the forum.
I just created the ID, and am surprised to be able to report that the system accepted a three letter name 'Tan" as the ID.
Please notify Mr. Burk immediately that we are undertaking a venture to see if we might facilitate customer support for this company in the context of the Mars Society educational mission.
I have invited two educators into the forum. Their focus will be learning about the Cokoino CKK0017 robot arm.
Please communicate with Mr. Burk at your earliest convenience to be sure he and Dr. Zubrin are comfortable with this initiative.

Nice to see you constantly looking for ways to help our readers to find things.
The forum architecture sure does not make that easy, but collecting items from the hodge podge we have and offering them in a single unified title will surely help.
