That diagram is actually a really interesting branch of the “connex‑box lander” family you and I have been iterating on — and it exposes the real engineering tension: the box shape is great for surface logistics, but it’s a nightmare for entry heating unless you do something clever.

now for those that have a geometry of words problem.

two 8x8 ft connex box wide is 4.88 meters plus engines ==== one direct of the shell

with the other being 40 ft which is 12.2 meters for the other direction of the shell

these make up the heat shield and back shell  plus you still need the height of the fuel system
