html Validation methods

For SpaceNut .... we did not have any topics with "html" in the title

This topic is created in hopes it might be useful to a NewMars member (or reader)

I'll open with a service that checks html syntax.

There are various tools that check syntax on the local machine.

I will ** not ** report one that failed.

Re: html Validation methods

I learned today about an online service that can check syntax of html files:

W3C Validator

This service appears to have performed syntax checking on two files I gave it to study.

It pronounced the two files free of errors, but i don't know how far that assurance goes.

It may only have confirmed that blocks are opened and closed properly.
