With the idea of one day putting thousands on Mars would only intelligent, cooperative, peaceful, civilized people live on Mars or would Earth's lifestyles and conflict ways follow humans to a new Martian Kingdoms or will war follow man to other Offworld Landscape?
Both of these countries were once part of a Russian USSR, Kirghiz Soviet Socialist Republic and Tajik Soviet Socialist Republic geographically they are near Afghanistan which was over-run by the Taliban, both of these countries are near China, Russia maybe added positive or negative influence? Russia influenced former Soviet Republics but some else now with Putin is stuck wasting its treasure and blood of its Russian men in a bloody conflict in Ukraine Eastern Europe. These two countries Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan are surrounded by every other, Iran, Russia, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan block any access to a sea, the nearest sea would be the Caspian Sea. Russians have a Navy at the Caspian said and it was said they fired Kalibr-class cruise missiles at a Ukraine. Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan are chocked off from the world they could try open trade routes but to get to the 'sea' but you need to get though other countries to get there a landlocked sea often described as the world's largest lake. Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan both of these countries had ethnic riots among their own ethnic groups, they have no port for ship trade both are landlocked and they are not too far from Russia's Spaceport the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. It was rumored Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan became escape routes for people fleeing Afghanistan when they Taliban began to take over. If you look at the Gopro social media selfie google map of these places both of these places look poor but there are also some rich people who seem to have huge wealth, the natural landscapes seem to be kind of raw and charming there seem to be slight difference in climate and I would think you could grow more stuff in Kyrgyzstan compared to the warmer more dry Tajikistan. They used to be Atheist Communist both of these places are now 90% jihadi mohammedan Islamism, young people going to some stupid mosque listening to some old guy read a sick old book from 1,400 yrs ago and listening to an old guy blab about following the teachings of a warlord pedophile prophet, an islamo culture which probably does not help. Both some them still use Russian and both have minority ethnic groups and language like Uzbek, Tajikistan speak the Tajik language making it one of the three Persian speaking countries alongside Afghanistan and Iran, Kyrgyzstan uses Kyrgyz a Turkic national language.
Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan they were both an ancient stopover on the Silk Road, a land route for traders, merchants, and other travelers from the Far East to Europe, they both were hit and invaded by Mongols, Arab Mongol Turkic Khanates, Hellenistic Alexander the Great Greco invasion and fell to the Russian Empire. Tajikistan seems to have a slightly more interesting historic mix than Kyrgyzstan, perhaps more ancient temples and artifacts of Buddhism, Christianity, Zoroastrianism, and Manichaeism seem to have existed until islamist Arabism came along and exterminated previous cultures of both nations. Both countries seem to be using Russian guns or tanks or APCs or old helicopters and guns from Soviet Union times, almost like the Tliban it seems like they were using donkeys and Pick up trucks as Army equipment. After the 2021 Fall of Kabul, Tajikistan allegedly got involved in the Panjshir conflict against the Taliban, there is also a conflict over water escalates with clashes between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, both places are getting extremely hot in summer, with temperatures reaching 40 °C (104 °F) in Kyrgyzstan and Subzero in winter, Tajikistan is characterized by a harsh and extremely continental climate.

Russia names people from Tajikistan in the latest attack
Putin seemed to be somewhat pro islamic saying the bandit Prophet mohammed will not be offended
then he imported thousands upon thousands of muslims some of them building radical mosques, perhaps while also involved in problems inside these Ex-Soviet now jihadi islamo states
Russian tv claims Tajiks involved in Moscow suburb terrorist attack, Russia media has claimed that citizens of Tajikistan are allegedly involved
Media in the USA names 'ISIS'
a coordinated attack occurred at the Crocus City Hall music venue in Krasnogorsk, a Russian city on the western edge of Moscow.
First reports said 40 men, women, kids dead then reports said the terror attack killed at least 115 people, with over 145 injured, the deadliest terrorist attack in Moscow since the Moscow theater hostage crisis in 2002 https://www.theguardian.com/world/live/ … ve-updates
the USA had delivered warnings
Russian President Vladimir Putin seems to have mostly ignored the warnings and said the US embassy's warning "resembles outright blackmail and an intention to intimidate and destabilize our society."

if Tajikistan is involved there will perhaps be a change in the relationship with Russia
