I have not yet followed the link you provided, so it may well contain this report ...

In other news about this "discovery" in Mexico, I read that archeologists have found other curious/strange evidence of deformation of human bodies carried out by folks living in prior centuries in that part of the continent.  While "aliens" might be an interesting possibility, it seems more likely (to me at least) that the bodies were deformed before or after death.

Humans have done terrible things to each other over the millennia.  Female children had their feet bound so they could not walk. Male children were castrated to they could grow up with powerful high pitched voices for opera.

There are said to be similar barbaric practices still going on in some cultures.

It appears that the bright object in the famous clip is actually a plane landing. This means that this shot is not from the actual Holloman film, if the film does indeed exist.
