China's New Space Station Has a Big Role to Play—Scientifically and Diplomatically
https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/chinas- … 31506.html

When the International Space Station (ISS) goes out of service in 2030, low-Earth orbit won’t be empty of cosmic labs. Already flying—if only partially constructed—is China’s two-module (soon to be three) Tiangong space station. Compared to the 16-module ISS, China’s orbiting platforms is a modest machine, but as Popular Science reports in a story that nicely frames China’s overall ambitions in space, Tiangong has a big role to play.

The station’s third module, known as Mengtian (“dreaming of the heavens”) measures 59 ft. (18 m) long and 14 ft. (4 m) wide and weighs-in at 20 metric tons. Set to launch before the end of 2022, it will join the Tianhe core module and the Wentian experiment modules, already in orbit.

Two phases to implement the station project

China’s manned space programme has
comprehensively entered into the stage of Space Station construction. The construction is well under way following the two-phase plan:
– Phase 1: Space Lab
– Phase 2: Space Station

China Wants to Make Its Brand-New Space Station Even Bigger
https://gizmodo.com/china-make-brand-ne … 1850173974

NASA's Lunar Gateway Station or simply Gateway, is probably real now, the first planned extraterrestrial space station in lunar orbit but back in LEO.

How many of these will become real or remain very expensive studies and costly power point slideshow presentation?

ISRO Space Station (ISS) is a planned space station to be constructed by India and operated by Indian Space Research Organisation. Starlab is the name given to the planned LEO space station designed by Nanoracks. Russian Orbital Service Station a proposed Russian orbital space station scheduled to begin construction in 2027. Orbital Reef will offer a Space Hotel they say, a planned low Earth orbit (LEO) space station designed by Blue Origin and Sierra Nevada Corporation's Sierra Space for tourist flight. From Europe there was Columbus Man-Tended Free Flyer (MTFF) was a cancelled ESA program. B330 previously known as the Nautilus space complex module and was an inflatable space habitat being privately developed by Bigelow Aerospace. Excalibur Almaz was a private spaceflight company now bankrupt which planned to provide a variety of space station style missions using old Russian TKS Soviet era spacecraft. In Year 2013 Dula, J. Buckner Hightower and Excalibur Almaz Ltd. were brought to court under the charges of fraud of $300,000 for the planned asteroid mining project. The case ended with conciliation in January 2014. Founded Isle of Man 2005 Defunct in year 2016, they also offered Asteroid Mining.

How often does the International Space Station have to dodge space debris?
https://www.space.com/international-spa … -how-often

Ever since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, its cosmonauts in ISS Space_Station eagerly displayed Chinese flag alongside Russia’s multiple times. However, astronauts in Tiangong Space Station (CSS) TGSpaceStation have never responded correspondingly to Russia’s gesture.
