Ukrainian woman posing as Rothschild family member infiltrated Mar-a-Lago: report
https://nypost.com/2022/08/26/ukrainian … ar-a-lago/A Ukrainian woman posing as a member of the Rothschild banking family has been outed as a fraud after she allegedly infiltrated former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, according to reports.
Inna Yashchyshyn, 33, lied to ritzy resort members that she was the heiress to the reputed family’s mass fortune, Anna de Rothschild, according to a probe by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
She appeared at numerous Mar-a-Lago functions mingling with the likes of Trump, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham and others while she held the position as president of United Hearts of Mercy, founded by Florida-based Russian oligarch and former business partner Valery Tarasenko in Canada in 2015, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

SpaceNut,
I agree that all politicians are liars, but Congress, the branch responsible for making law, did not specify how a sitting President could declassify materials. That was their fault for writing poorly defined laws, not the fault of the President. You don't have to like it, but the law says what it says and doesn't specify how or when a President may declassify previously classified materials. If you don't like the law, as-written, then take that up with your representatives. They are the ones to blame, because they alone have the power to make law. You still don't get to retroactively punish your political enemies who have followed the letter of the existing laws, as-written. You can think whatever you want, but that doesn't change reality.
It's not the Republicans' fault that President Biden is such a dumpster fire, either. You people voted for that moron, and now we're all being "rewarded" (inflation, higher taxes, more over-spending on your pet projects, and related nonsense) for your petulance towards people you don't like for reasons you can't even articulate in words. Basically, you're seriously prejudiced and cannot see past your own ideology. This isn't or shouldn't be about your tribalism, though. You made a bad decision, even if not from your own perspective because of your inexplicable bias towards someone who was a fellow Democrat almost his entire adult life, and now the rest of us are paying for your choices.
This issue is a lot like your inability to recognize your own role in driving corporate decision making as a consumer. When people buy or don't buy things, their money speaks louder than words, and the people who run corporations take notice. You think they're greedy because they didn't produce exactly what you wanted them to produce, at the price you wanted it. In the car example, millions of cars were clearly purchased by the consuming public, so your neighbors disagreed with the price of American labor and took their money elsewhere. Unfortunately for you, and for me, a dollar will only go so far. All the people you vote for ensure that our dollars don't go as far as they once did, but you won't stop doing that, so complaining about what you can't get for a given price is rather asinine in nature. A circumspect person would evaluate their own role and decisions which affected the overall process.

Judge Unseals Detailed Inventory of FBI-Seized Items from Trump’s Estate
Is this how you would treat these types of documents
The inventory list, provided by the Justice Department at the judge’s request days earlier as an expansion to an earlier list, gives further detail on the materials seized and confirms reports that personal items were commingled among documents marked as classified.
The document, marked “Exhibit A” details the contents of 33 items – boxes, containers or documents – taken from an office or a storage room in the search, revealing that among documents with “secret,” “top secret” and “confidential” markings were items including books, magazine and newspaper articles dated from 2008-2020, “clothing/gift items” and empty folders, some of which were marked with “classified” banners.
These are the things that go in safes with logs of entry books being kept...
So how many of these are mark removed Over 10,000 government docs without classified markings were seized from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago
This is damming since no longer being commander an chief of anything to have.
They also found almost four dozen empty folders marked "Return to Staff Secretary/Military Aide," according to the detailed property inventory.
I believe senator Ried is correct with foreign nation spies already been there for these documents.

SpaceNut,
The President has plenary authority to declassify all classified information. He doesn't require anyone else's permission or approval, whether you agree with his decision or not. Period. If the President declassifies classified information while he's in office, then it's perfectly legal and above board. Your opinion of it, the Justice Department's opinion of it, all means nothing. The President IS the authority. You don't have to like it or agree with it, and your TDS and the media's TDS notwithstanding, the rest of us don't care. This is a politically-motivated gross abuse of power, plain and simple.
The government does not have the power to classify unclassified information. Once classified information has been unclassified, it remains unclassified forever. Period. Classified information originates within government. After it's declassified, the government cannot re-classify it.
Your claim and the Justice Department's claim is essentially that all the classified photos taken during the Manhattan Project, which were later released to the general public, can be re-classified because the person who declassified them is both no longer in office and no longer alive. The National Archive's claims, and the Justice Department's claims are both specious and absurd. National Archives may take the original documents, but if the information has gone outside of our government, then it is no longer classified.

Your political party did nothing when their own Secretary of State took 33,000 government property E-mails with her without anyone's authorization, which the intelligence community later confirmed had been viewed by foreign intelligence agencies. Even if you believe in this latest obvious fraud on the part of your Democrats because of your TDS, your party doesn't have a leg to stand on. There's either equal justice under the law or it's not justice. Political affiliation shouldn't play any part in determining if a crime has been committed. If what Hillary Clinton did is not a crime, then it's not a crime when Donald Trump does it, either. If it's illegal for a Republican to do it, then it's also illegal when a Democrat does it. If it's not prosecuted when a Democrat does it, then it shouldn't be prosecuted when a Republican does it, either.

Emails fall under communications by computers and do not fall under the same as paper. Also, all emails are to be backed up by the IT organization as records for future use.
A government email is the name of the person at xxxx.gov and it does not change whether that person is secretary of a dumb waiter that must have an account. So, the real question does an email account that is unchanging not a .gov allow for all requirements for ability to record keep.
According to Nick Merrill, a number of government officials have used private email accounts for official business,.
The email server was located in the Clintons' home in Chappaqua, New York, from January 2009 until 2013, when it was sent to a data center in New Jersey before being handed over to Platte River Networks, a Denver-based information technology firm that Clinton hired to manage her email
Normally the outlook exchange software is used but the server was set up for web view and I am wondering if that was some of the marking removal cause.
The question since it was installed by the government on the server is that is still in possession of the government. Remember computers are open in all facilities and are governed by what can be view on them as unclassified information once going through security gates. They are accessed by a CAC card for authorization. So, a secure room that cac enabled would work.

retrospectively determine that 100 emails contained information that should have been deemed classified at the time they were sent, including 65 emails deemed "Secret" and 22 deemed "Top Secret". An additional 2,093 emails were retroactively designated confidential by the State Department
a private server violated federal law, specifically 18 U.S. Code §1924, regarding the unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or materials, as well as State Department protocols and procedures, and regulations governing recordkeeping. Clinton claimed that her use complied with federal laws and State Department regulations,
We also know that the email markings must be put in manually by the author of them with regards to classification content with the how to
https://www.archives.gov/files/isoo/tra … -email.pdf
As early as 2009, officials with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) expressed concerns over possible violations of normal federal government record-keeping procedures at the State Department under then-Secretary Clinton
That means sometime later it's found to be in compliance and that the issue was how the backup was happening of the archive.
According to Harf, use by government officials of personal email for government business is permissible under the Federal Records Act, so long as relevant official communications, including all work-related emails, are preserved by the agency.
The Act (which was amended in late 2014 after Clinton left office to require that personal emails be transferred to government servers within 20 days) requires agencies to retain all official communications, including all work-related emails, and stipulates that government employees cannot destroy or remove relevant records
Server was already passed on to a company to handle long before the act was approved.

Seems the real reason is Reason; media leaks that could cause harm to Trump unquantifiable potential harm by way of improper disclosure of sensitive information to the public. A special master to review the seized materials for potential attorney-client and executive privilege of which we know that he has only the first as he is not a sitting president.
The appointment of a special master “shall not impede” the intelligence community’s ongoing assessment of whether Trump’s possession of the top-secret documents caused harm to U.S. national security. That review, which began in response to inquiries from Congress, is being spearheaded by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Trump is currently under multiple investigations that could result in criminal charges, including Justice Department probes into his mishandling of classified information under the Espionage Act and his conduct surrounding the January 6 insurrection, and a Fulton County probe of election interference
Seems a bit of hide and seek has been going on along with possibly more. Seems Trump still has more documents in hiding.

US Senate intelligence committee has demanded that a federal judge allows the committee to be briefed on the FBI’s search of Mar-a-Lago and the potential damage caused by Donald Trump hoarding top secret documents at his private club.
sad that a Trump pick and further bias for selection of appointing a special master, The DOJ left a 'tantalizing' warning in their Trump-appointed judge appeal: former FBI official
Trump-appointed judge, Aileen Cannon of the federal district court for the southern district of Florida, sided with Trump and ordered a “special master” to oversee the documents which is little more than obstruction. The Department of Justice (DOJ) has “a pretty good chance” in its appeal of an order for a special master to look over the documents seized by the FBI at former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.
All has not stopped even with the obstructive move to delay and shield Trump as Lawyers are indicting that Justice Department filing on Tuesday revealed its belief that Trump still has documents in his possession despite multiple claims that he has handed over everything.
National Archives staff told the DOJ weeks ago that they believed there were still missing documents, which was echoed in the Tuesday filing. The chair of the House committee on oversight and reform is asking the National Archives and Records Administration to ensure former President Donald Trump has no further classified documents in his possession. The NARA is as well being asked to conduct an urgent review of presidential records recovered from the Trump White House to assess whether presidential records remain unaccounted for and potentially in the possession of the former president.

The attempts to delay DOJ investigation with false claims have been dumped to the curb as A federal judge expressed skepticism on Tuesday about the efforts by former President Donald J. Trump’s legal team to avoid offering any proof of his claims that he had declassified sensitive government documents that were seized from his Florida estate last month.
Thinking that just because Trump wrote on them that they are not any longer and that they had been declassified by a standing order with no documental proof.
Now that the research is back on National Archives to Report on Whether More Trump Files Are Missing
They will try to solve as to what might have been in the folders that were empty.

Time for the DOJ to 'stop playing Trump's reindeer games' and indict him: former federal prosecutor
“She is not criminally liable. She is not going to be charged. She is not pointing fingers. She is simply a witness for the truth.”
Bobb also reportedly told investigators that Trump legal adviser Boris Epshteyn, whose phone was seized by authorities last month, was involved in discussions about the documents.
Neither Bobb nor her lawyers immediately responded to a request for comment from Rolling Stone.
Bobb signed a letter stating there was no more classified material at Mar-a-Lago on June 3, when Jay Bratt, the Justice Department’s counterintelligence chief, visited the estate along with other agents. Bobb and Corcoran showed Bratt the the basement where the material was kept, handed over additional material that had not been returned, and claimed none remained. The FBI’s raid of the property two months later was reportedly inspired by an informant tipping them off that classified material was still at Mar-a-Lago.
The informant was correct, as the FBI seized over 200 classified documents on Aug. 8, including two dozen labeled as “TOP SECRET.” It was reported last week that the Justice Department has informed Trump’s lawyers that it believes the former president is still hoarding documents at Mar-a-Lago.
