There was also a recent attack in Norway, only a few days ago last month June 2022, two people were killed and twenty-one people were wounded in a mass shooting in Oslo, Norway. Police are treating the incident as an "act of Islamist terrorism" targeting the Oslo LGBTQ pride event, which was hosted by the local branch of the Norwegian Organisation for Sexual and Gender Diversity.

These nordic countries imported various assorted barbarians from rough parts of the world. They didn't stop being who they were when they came to Denmark. They brought their misogenism and their brutal, sadistic religion with them. These people were often seeking to escape from problems that their culture and way of life had created. Unsurprisingly, when they come to western countries, they bring their brutality with them. It's all metaphysical woo-woo nonsense. Some people here in the West think violence is due to environment, or society, or weapons, or other inanimate objects and human brain constructs. As near as I can tell, they want simple solutions to complex problems, because they're simpletons and that's the extent of what their brains can process and consider at one time.
Sure, environment has some influence on human behavior, to the extent that humans don't survive without food and water, but it's not what causes people to believe that they are Judge Dredd ("I am the law") or to act like Buffalo Bill ("it puts the lotion in the basket").
The Judge Dredd types simply get shot after they cause enough problems for enough people, unlike Hollyweird movies. Iranian General Soleimani dared President Trump to attack him and told us he was going to keep ordering the murders of American and allied troops in Iraq, so President Trump ordered a Predator drone to launch a Hellfire missile to turn that evil man into a smoking hole in the ground. I think his carcass, or what little was left of it, was respectfully returned to the Iranian people. Sure, they shot down some drone in response, then tried and failed to murder more American troops. If the Iranian government still doesn't understand what happens when you screw with America, then they'll get more of the same until they do.
The Buffalo Bill types make my skin crawl, but until you witness them doing something overtly criminal and have the tools to go after them, there's not much you can do about their ilk. They've always been with us and always will be. They're far more manipulative and destructive to society than most of the Judge Dredds, but since half the country makes excuses for the profoundly anti-social behavior of these people, it's very hard to stop them. Over time, they do more damage to society. The body count is far higher from the Buffalo Bill than from the Judge Dredds types. Hitler / Stalin / Mao / Pol Pot / Castro / Che / Putin / etc, fall into this class of criminally insane people who make life miserable for so many others.
Then there's the "third rail" in Western society, the professional victim class that always set themselves up for failure and then wonder why there's always someone waiting to take advantage of their behavior. This group has proven far more destructive than I ever thought it could, because a political party has co-opted their insanity for political purposes. That was the worst possible outcome both for these people and everyone else.
Humans are primates, and primates are violent creatures, which is why humans are still here and everywhere. That's all there is to it. Short of ceasing to be human, violence will always be with us. That said, we can certainly tamp down on the worst excesses of these people.
