2022/03/21 Bill of Materials Specialist
The Large Ship (Prime) project just make it's first step from fantasy to reality, by deciding upon one component of thousands of components that must be assembled on orbit, in order for Large Ship (Prime) to fly from Earth to Mars and back, safely and with a modicum of comfort.
The Bill of Materials is a well established structure for manufacture of complex objects.
If there is someone within range of this post, and that person is NOT currently a member of this forum, please read parts of the Recruiting topic and follow the (relatively simple) procedure to volunteer to assist.

2022/03/23 Aircraft Fuselage Design Engineer
The Large Ship (Prime) will operate in deep space. It's construction will have many similarities to that of large aircraft on Earth.
There is a need for a (preferably just retired) aerospace or aeronautical engineer at the top of their game, willing to work with totally unqualified individuals in an undisciplined forum.
The immediate task at hand is to design the light weight but strong structural elements to which the hull plates are to be welded.
Thousands of other similar tasks lie in wait for the person so bold as to take this on.
