Re: Yet another Mars architecture

Why haven't humans reached Mars?
https://astronomy.com/news/2021/09/why- … ached-mars

On the plant chemical question.

The Nitrogen yes the plants do require it, but that can be provided by decay and fertiliser, it doesn't need to be in the atmosphere. It would seem the nitrogen can also be easily recycled

Having an inert gas comprising a large percent of atmosphere will also reduce fire risk.
N2 isnt always good, it can kill divers by way of Decompression sickness but it is an important part of life on Earth, it is a key part of industrial fertilisers, Nitric oxide is used in drug health supplements. Nitric acid is used win cleaning and an  an oxidizing agent for rocket fuels.
If you already have a colony on Mars you could also possibly have some kind of floating sky village in the future around Venus,  N could then be fired or space-trucked from another planet - probably Venus.
