All viruses mutate. No reason to suggest Covid 19 is unusual in that. Nearly 30% of India/Delta variant deaths in the UK are from people who were doubly vaccinated. So vaccination is not the cure it was claimed to be.

We should take seriously treatments like HCQ, Ivermectin and so on.

The virus variants are born out of rapid infections and not isolation as the timeline for the body to render it not an issue is around 2 weeks..
So not going about ones business and staying home does work its those that did not stay home which increased its spread during that period by acting as if nothing was working...

BS. Unless you are going to "weld" your people into their homes then millions of people continue to mix in supermarkets and gas stations and doctors' surgeries and all the rest, wearing their ineffective masks. The virus is still circulating but at a slightly slower pace, which gives time for variants to develop. If you let people mix (obviously while encouraging the vulnerable to stay at home) you achieve herd immunity much more quickly at which point the virus cannot mutate into new variants so easily.

What does "Covid deaths" mean? Very old people who die from respiratory disease have an average of 14 pathogens in their lungs. Why choose Covid 19 over anything else? It's old age that's killed them. Vaccines won't see them. In every country that introduces mass vaccination programme beginning with the elderly we see the death rates rise steeply.

Do any of those others illnesses or diseases cause death in less than 2 weeks from getting them?

That means those are secondary to the main cause which was getting covid....

You can't tell from a positive test. Remember these tests are not accurate. Some studies suggest they could be 40% inaccurate. Everyone who goes to hospital now gets tested for Covid. But they don't get tested for flu as standard. Or common cold. Or various bacteria. All of which can kill people through lung disease.

You can certainly look at excess deaths over average to get an idea of the impact of Covid. You will find that is a lot less than the headline figures. But then you need to accept that this is no different from a bad flu year when you will see similar excess deaths.

Covid has been essentially the same as a very bad flu years so a lot of people near the end of life have been taken 3 to 6 months earlier than would otherwise be the case.

It's bad but no reason for giving away all your liberty and turning yourself into a slave of the state.

Well I have said before that identification is part of the medical care problem and that lumping things by general symptoms is just as bad.

I have seen no change in the medical care facilities which one has to make use of.

All they seem willing to do is cover or mask the symptoms and thats it.

Just got word via email that bother is or has gone to the hospital. Getting an MRI for possible stroke or other (Bells palsy) as caused by the covid virus damage...
He was doing well with the lungs getting better from the virus damage to not needing the oxygen any where near as much. Probably was going to need to retire from working early but now thats more of the case....

Sorry to hear that, hope all will be ok. I don't really know many who went through this, think I hear this facial paralysis can pass after some time, it could be hours or days or it could be years I think iots typically 6 months, they say after some months or years a condition normally gets better by itself.
