Re: Hurican season 2020

Delta has caused the usual damage with power outages and flooding.
Delta leaves nearly 600,000 without power in three states  Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi

Delta made landfall on Friday evening as a Category 2 near Creole, Louisiana, with maximum sustained winds of 100 mph. Just six weeks earlier, the Louisiana coastal area was battered by Hurricane Laura. New England was advised to prepare for strong to severe thunderstorms as the post-tropical cyclone moved north.

Just from 3 -6 inches of rain maybe more from the huricane. It appears that drainage is none existent so this is going to take awhile to evaporate.

Add in Pipelines and drainage grates along with pumping and this water would be gone to reservoirs that would process and make it useable for the large forest fires that we see...
