Turnkey Robotic Systems And Automated Solutions

A further projection, computational or turnkey robotic systems only can be purchased or operated by people/collectives of a certain prosperity. This scenario recognizes the inherent shortage. Encouraging people to compete in services, to work with others to promote their shared interests, to seek new methods of eliminating shortages, not to be powerless. Job and intelligence are important products that will propel them to the competition as a whole.

Re: Turnkey Robotic Systems And Automated Solutions

For SpaceNut .... while the entity which posted #1 above claims to be from Aldershot (Hampshire, England) the IP address is from Pakistan.

The subject matter ** could ** be helpful for this forum, but the dishonesty inherent in the claim of location leads me to distrust this entity.

It's a shame, because development of robotics is crucial for success of the Mars project.

Re: Turnkey Robotic Systems And Automated Solutions

For SpaceNut in particular, but for all forum readers ...

The topic created here by someone from Pakistan pretending to be from England is itself worthy of development in this forum.

I asked Google today: remote avatar robot zoom capable

For the first time in many decades, our family Thanksgiving get-together is likely to be impacted by the Covid-19 virus.

In thinking about how we might handle this situation, I thought about how it is (theoretically) possible to package all the elements that would be needed for an Internet mediated get-together.  I am aware that there are available remote equipment for attending conferences, for example, but I was curious to learn what might have been developed beyond those rather limited systems.

Google came back from the search with an assortment of offerings as usual, but the first was a near-perfect match ...

$345,000

After studying the avatar described in this ad a short time, I realized it is not quite what I am looking for.  The presentation (for my needs) would be less intimidating, but the functionality of movement, audio output (and input) and video input would be desirable.

This next item is promising but I've not investigated further:

AVATAR Robot for ZOOM on the App Store
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/avatar-ro … 1463359897
・Provides a high-quality video chat experience powered by the ZOOM web conferencing system. ・Users can use their existing ZOOM accounts. [Robot Remote Control] ・ Desktop telepresence robot kubi/temi/keigan enabled. ・ Available for AVATAR robots using Keigan motors. ・ Switch the robot type in settings. [Robot / Operator Switch]

The hint about kubi/temi/kelgan is interesting ... I'll see what I can find ...

The web site at the link above hints at available devices to provide remote telepresence capability.

I've run out of steam for the moment.  If someone has the time and the energy to see where this might lead, I've be most interested.

Edit#1: Here is a web site to which the Apple link above refers:

https://ipresence.global/

The produces offered on this site include table top versions, and a small mobile version that appears to be holding a tablet computer.

This latter design comes closest to what I am imagining, that I have seen so far.

If anyone else finds a similar device, I'd appreciate your posting about it.
