I think it is interesting (and encouraging) that two organizations in India have taken an interest in the appointment of the new Director.

We'll have to see how she manages things.
Be aware that she ran the Boeing portion of the commercial crew program, so she is a lot more cuddly with Boeing than Spacex (or Sierra Nevada).
That's not to say she cannot function fairly, but there is that natural human tendency to overcome.
