GW,
Pretending that Donald Trump is in any way comparable to Adolf Hitler is an absurdity unworthy of thought by a rational adult. Hitler signed orders for genocide and numerous other acts of mass murder carried out by the state or armed thugs usurping the authority of the previous government. One man living in a van, who made his living dancing in male strip clubs and selling steroids, is not even remotely equivalent to the mass murder that Hitler ordered, not "inspired". Stop trying to conflate the two.
The leftists in the news media and universities are constantly trying to peddle the nonsense idea to the American people that American conservatives are in any way, shape, or form connected to the nazis. So, here's another fun little factoid for those who don't read enough history. As many as 70% of the SA (brownshirts) were communists. The nazis actually had a term for their communist SA brethren. They called them "beefsteak nazis" (brown on the outside, red on the inside). I guess conservatives should just take it as an article of faith that leftists will try to convince soft-headed Americans that there's no difference between a national socialist and a conservative, apart from the fact that the nazis killed certain people based on race or ethnicity and conservative Republicans freed black slaves from their Democrat masters. In the end, the communists or socialists actually killed more people than Hitler. For some reason you're here insinuating that a group of people that the SPLC estimates has between 5,000 and 10,000 members nationwide, in a country of 350 million or more people, is somehow broadly representative of the ideology of an entire political party that nearly half the country belongs to. That idea is facially absurd.
I don't attribute the actions of the man who shot Senator Scalise to the politics of Bernie Sanders, despite the fact that he was a Bernie Sanders supporter. That is the primary difference between the left and the right. I place blame at the feet of those responsible. Your attempt to insinuate that those of us who voted for President Trump share any values with the kkk, nazis, or white supremacy, merely because we voted for President Trump, is what I find to be repugnant. If Cesar Sayoc Jr did what he did to support the kkk, nazis, or white supremacy, then I'm former President Obama's long lost brother.
Incidentally, that evil white supremacist former advisor to President Trump, Steve Bannon, is spending all of his free time running an organization making capital available to minorities. Rather than mouthing off about supporting minorities as the Democrat Party does, his money and the money of his supporters are where their mouths are. Returning manufacturing jobs to our own country so that working class people (black, hispanic, white, or otherwise) can make a living wage at an actual career job making something customers want to buy, rather than waiting tables or working in fast food chains. America for Americans first and foremost, what an evil racist kkk nazi concept!
The real "difference", where political rhetoric is starkly separated from actual action, is that the Mayor of Portland, Oregon has the Police sitting back and watching antifa thugs commit daily acts of violence in the streets against ordinary people trying to get home from work and President Trump used every applicable agency of the federal government and local law enforcement agencies to find the little turd who sent those mail bombs in less than a week. No possibility of any blowback from politically motivated thuggery like that in most major cities, because conservatives are just supposed to be feckless punching bags for leftists thugs, right? This antifa problem has been going on for more than a year!
October 9th, 2018: CNN - Hillary Clinton says Democrats can't be civil right now
October 10th, 2018: Eric Holder: 'When They Go Low, We Kick Them'
For those too lazy to watch what our liberal media never reports to their tribalist leftists:
"Michelle always says, when they go low, we go high. No. No. When they go low, we kick them. That's what this New Democratic Party is about. We're proud as hell to be Democrats. We're going to fight for the ideals of the Democratic Party. We're proud of our history, we're proud of our present, and we're proud of the future that we can create for this country... And we're not in this just to make a statement, we're in this to win." - former Attorney General Eric Holder
Well, guess what? Someone from the Republican Party took former AG Holder's advice, much to our chagrin. Now that we have even more incivility in response to the left's calls for more of it, you can expect it to get worse before people come to their senses so it gets better. Here's a thought. Stop insinuating that people who support President Trump are kkk or nazis or agree with kkk or nazi ideas. It's hard to take people seriously who do that.

In North Dakota, tribes scramble to clear voter ID hurdle
Locating a house isn't easy on the isolated and impoverished Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation in northern North Dakota, and that's making it more difficult for residents and their counterparts on other reservations in the state to vote this election.
To cast a ballot, they need identification with a provable street address — something that isn't important to the 19,000 people who live on the remote 72-square-mile block of land where most streets have no signs. In their culture, they've never needed them.
About the same as many a small town in that if you stop for direction you would hear turn left a the gas station follow for about a mile and at the big oak tree turn right and the house is right there....
If you were a mapper you wou say you are currently on agnam, turn left onto birdbrain drive, then right onto dumbaddress and you are there.... half the time street signs are missing or obstructed.
"This is literally how we explain where we live here on the reservation, because that's the way it's been our whole lives," Davis said. "People will understand because whenever we think of physical addresses, we think of infrastructure, or we think of pastures, or we think of families who live in a spot and we live alongside of them, those types of things. We don't think of streets and avenues."

There is rumor that early voting ballots are being flipped and altered. even in Texas.. it may be the work of malware ahead of the midterm election that states are up against
Trojans that lurk in the background of computers are the most widely-used malware this election season. These so-called "backdoor" exploits sneak on to computers through malicious software, and often delete, modify, or copy data from a victim's machine. Starting in July, instances of apps that carry these viruses increased dramatically in Arizona, Florida, Nevada, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
It also happened back in 2016 that votes were not what people entered..Voters are reporting odd problems on both the Republican and Democratic side of straight-party voting in Texas.. Texas election officials report complaints from voters who say machines flipped votes
Texas voting machines changing some straight-party selections

North Dakota's new voter address rule to stay
A federal judge denied a last-minute emergency request to prevent North Dakota's new street address requirement for voting from applying to Tuesday's midterm election.
The requirement presents difficulties for some Native Americans in the state who have traditionally used post office boxes, loose locators or even vouching from poll workers to vote.
So the question is do other states have this same issue with addresses of the physical home versus a po box

So far voting issues have sprung up in Texas, and now Voting issues mark final stretch of Georgia governor's race early and absentee voting underway ahead of the Nov. 6 election
Democrats and voting rights groups in Georgia are staging massive voter protection operations, including poll monitors and voter assistance hotlines, to ensure people can access the ballot.
"We now talk to more than 700 voters on an average day, and call volume has picked up considerably," Democratic Party of Georgia spokesman Seth Bringman said of their voter protection hotline.
Strict voter ID laws, citizenship checks and aggressive voter roll maintenance in the name of protecting elections against fraud and noncitizens voting with many other checks and balances to make sure that only one vote is cast.

Another state that is being challenged when they vote to say if the wat a real ID system.
Voters in North Carolina to decide on Voter ID law requiring a photo ID....
In 2013, the state legislature passed a similar voter identification law. Three years later it was overturned in a scathing rebuke by the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. That decision said it, among other voting violations, discriminated against the state's black residents "with almost surgical precision." ID requirement will immediately disenfranchise hundreds of mostly poor and black North Carolina voters.

How to Ensure You Are Able to Vote — and Avoid Being Turned Away at the Polls
If you do have problems being able to vote this may help:
Call a voter protection hotline
The Election Protection hotline can assist voters at any stage of the process, including registration, absentee and early voting, and casting a vote at the polls. If you find yourself turned away from the polls, call the hotline at 866-OUR-VOTE, which is administered by the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, a nonpartisan group.
You may also call these bilingual hotlines, which are also administered by nonpartisan organizations: 888-Ve-Y-Vota (for Spanish speakers); 844-Yalla-US (for Arabic speakers); or 888-API-VOTE (for Asian-Americans).
The Justice Department also has a voting rights hotline (800-253-3931) and a complaint form for those who wish to report a possible violation of federal voting rights laws.
There are also other watch dog groups and organizations that are also on guard for problems.

Wonder where this reports coming from Intelligence officials: No evidence of any attempts to tamper with midterm election systems when enlight of this Georgia Officials Quietly Patched Security Holes They Said Didn’t Exist after Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp unleashed a stunning allegation: State Democrats had committed “possible cyber crimes” after a tipster told party officials he had found gaping security holes in the state’s voter information website.
Kemp’s campaign showed no signs of relenting Monday. “In an act of desperation, the Democrats tried to expose vulnerabilities in Georgia’s voter registration system,” spokesman Ryan Mahoney said in a statement. “This was a 4th-quarter, Hail Mary pass that was intercepted in the end zone. Thanks to the systems and protocols established by Secretary of State Brian Kemp, no personal information was breached.”

We can learn somethings from the comparison of the 2016 election and this mid term elections in that the gop won the Electorates and the democrats won the Populous.
Electorate = senate
Populous = House....
This election did not go smoothly in many polling locations and states to which there are a number of contested races yet to be confirmed as done since these are less than a 1% difference which was erroded in final minutes with some votes yet to be counted.
Redistricting has been blamed for voters not being able to vote, corrupt voter registry or those that were purged in the final month before voting was to take place, voter identification or signature matching errors and lots of other things happened to make many a race very close....

The Electoral College is designed such that each state gets the same number of electors as congressmen (except for DC, but that's another thing.). Indeed, all of the popular-vote loser years except 1876 resulted in trifectas for the President-elect's party. That's why I support the National Popular Vote, as an extra check and balance to make the President more likely to be at odds with Congress.

Electoral fraud, sometimes referred to as election manipulation or vote rigging, is illegal interference with the process of an election, either by increasing the vote share of the favored candidate, depressing the vote share of the rival candidates, or both. What exactly constitutes electoral fraud varies from country to country.

Trump calls for halting recounts in Florida races for governor and Senate
The president Trump on Monday alleged without evidence that many ballots were forged and that a valid tally in the contested races was not possible. Trump suggested that the results from the night of the Nov. 6 election should stand, handing victories to fellow Republicans Rick Scott, the governor, in the Senate race and Ron DeSantis, a former congressman, in the gubernatorial contest. Election administrators are racing against the clock to machine-recount ballots ahead of a Thursday deadline to present their findings, with many of the state’s 67 counties beginning the task Sunday.
All this means is if stopped the votes after the ding of midnight are not counted and yours will not matter. Which includes mail in still in the postal service hands ect...
Offline
Do American states not have a deadline by which postal votes have to be in? So people have to post their ballots a week before the election to make sure they get in on time?
Unless you can verify the chain from the ballot box to the count, a ballot should not be counted. That's just good practice.
Use what is abundant and build to last

They are all different for the early voting to mail in durations of acceptance.

We have seen a few issues with the mid terms in some states with absentee ballots not being counted as written by the person making it out, false signatures be collectors and down right not bring the ballpot the place that they should go to. This was seen in NC....But Florida it would seem we can blame the US postal service for non delivery of your ballots.
over 6,670 mailed ballots in Florida uncounted due to late delivery.
Thousands of ballots in Florida, where tight margins led to mandatory recounts, were mailed on time but were delivered late to state election offices
That is sad

I'm all for religious freedom of expression since it's also a blatant 1A violation. Anyone who is offended needs to grow thicker skin. That also means all the various other religions can wear their "special hats", as George Carlin would call them.
