"Load and Go" fueling deemed vaible by NASA safety panel

One of the stumbling blocks slowing SpaceX's manned missions has been under scrutiny by a NASA safety panel. Most of the concerns were based on the COPV, whose failure a year and half ago resulted in a major unscheduled disassembly of the Falcon 9 carrying the $200 Million Israeli communications satellite. Redesign of the COPV has seemingly satisfied critics to the point that the Thomas Stafford-led safety panel has stated that the "Load and Go" procedure now seems viable.

Nasa will require the design for manned flight to remain locked in for the launching in the newly designed capsule for flights regarding the use of falcon 9 or of its heavy version. Unless the change is an upgrade that does not really change fuel related aspects.
