Oh that's very simply, wrap cables around the planet and place solar panels on either side of each cable to generate a direct current. Mars rotates counterclockwise when viewed from above the North Pole, so we run cables around the planet and use solar panels to generate direct current also in the counter-clockwise direction, this will produce a magnetic North in the same direction as true north. If we can generate sufficient direct current we can equal the magnetic field around Earth, and the waste heat from all those solar panels will do much to lower the albedo and heat up the planet due to increased light absorption.

Was reading and article about Maven to which it was indicating that they were finding metals in the upper atmospher and that they were showing magnetic reconnection above the remanent fields that mars has so if we can create a modifide fields to cover the surface and in the upper atmosphere using the metals of mars then we can start to teraform mars...

As the amount of Argon remains essentially constant in Martian atmosphere, can Argon be used to deal with the solar ray? If protons make up of about 90% content of the incoming particles and are energetic, can Argon combine with protons to yield ArH+ argonium. Then the argonium particles lose their protons and energy to carbon dioxide particles that are the most abundant. Heat is dissipated in the process.
