Doesn't appear a particularly serious proposal at this stage. But they have the money and the (religious) motivation.

Another sign that people around the world are beginning to see a Mars Mission and Mars colonisation as feasible.

Don't believe everything you read in the papers, Louis. Some need to be taken with spoonsful of salt, but they all need at least a pinch. They have their own agendas.
