Nanotech snowflake clouds over Venus

Lets forget about changing Venus' rotation, leave it be. Lets concentrate on shading the planet. Instead of orbital structures, rings, shades, parasols at L1, what I we just focused on the clouds? What if we made them more reflective, prevent light from reaching the surface, so its not absorbed by the ground and reradiated as thermal energy Lets say we can make Venus' surface as dim as Titan. How do we do this?

With artificial snowflakes, but this snow isn't ice crystal, what it is diamond snow flakes? Very tiny diamond crystals - actually nanotech particles, diamond is their background, it feeds off of the carbon in Carbon-dioxide, and forms flake patterns that reflect sunlight back into space. they circulate in the atmosphere as dust particles, there is a photoreceptor in the center of each snowflake which keeps the edged unfurled, if the sunlight received is dim enough the edges fold into an invisible particle with much less surface area than the snowflake. So at a certain altitude the air becomes to thin to lift the snowflakes, this would be the top of the cloud layer, at a certain level the light level becomes to dim to keep the snowflakes unfurled so they fold up, this puts the planet below in darkness so it cools, the snowflakes reproduce in their unfurled snowflake formation and expand to cover over the entire day lit side of the planet. On the night side the excess heat radiates into space and cools the planet. Some of the flakes get lodged into the ground in the folded up state, the reproducing flakes in the cloud layer replace those absorbed by the ground, a layer of carbon forms on the ground and free oxygen builds up in the atmosphere. After a time the snowflakes readjust to allowmore Earthlike levels of sunlight to reach the surface, water I introduced from space, hydrogen soaks up the excess oxygen producing oceans. You have a daylength 242.7 days long, 121.3 days is the growing season, now these are 24 hour days so it is actually twice as much sunlight for the plants. about 242.7 summer days worth.
