Is a Blue Dwarf a sign of an extra-terrestrial civilization?

According to our current understanding of the Universe a Blue Dwarf couldn't exist naturally in our Universe, the reason being is that a blue dwarf is what, according to theory, a red dwarf would evolve into after it runs out of hydrogen to fuse into helium. So maybe astronomers looking for signs of extra-terrestrial civilization should be looking for blue dwarfs, since the first ones aren't likely to appear naturally until about 2 trillion years from now! An extra-terrestrial civilization however could build a blue dwarf, by gathering the appropriate mixture of hydrogen and helium together to form a blue dwarf star, it would need about 80 Jupiter masses of that stuff to form a blue dwarf!
