are you playing a computer game? PS3? XBOX?

well after the 2nd patch ExtraTerrestrials wink  plays superbly, no crashes and immense longevity - sequels not required, the game stands on it's own
ok it doesn't look anything like the new ENEMY UNKNOWN - nowhere near as sensational either but it certainly has it's moments and a superb learning curve too big_smile

I have been playing it since 2008  hmm and have started over about 10 times because I just love it (mind you, without the 2nd patch you would be in trouble) and they ARE putting out a sequel "this fall"  lol

what are you playing?

I do not play computer games anymore, I feel they suck too much time. I do once in a while watch someone review a game or see what is trending in sales.

The world of Video gameas is often not based on reality, a gun might shoot some energy thing and have infinte bullets, a car or person might exploded only to be reborn and restarted, it is all a simulation of gameplay and entertainment, game physics is sometimes like toonish world of cartoons. The planet Mars is showing up in games as often as cowboys or samurai or do, it has become a place in video games just like the United States of America or Europe and Asia and our oceans have become video game worlds, Mars features in games regular like anicent dragons or fantasy warrior from Rome and China do. The idea of a planet Mars in games it got popular has featured in Red Faction a shoot 'em up rebellion game, the original video game story was about a miners' uprising on Mars against the Ultor Corp. The planet Mars it has featured in Jamestown Legend of the Lost Colony a kind fo alternative steampunk universe with flying shooting ships, it has featured on old MS-DOS IBM era games Commander Keen, Mars has featured in a game called Marathon another shoot 'em up a first-person shooter video game, it was also part of the 'Doom' game series. Mars as a planet has been part of an exploration puzzle type game, featuring a subterranean Mars and puzzles about hidden alien creatures, this was a platform-adventure game built by an American company. Theer is an upcoming video game called 'Million on Mars' which might feature a colonization you see in simulations like 'The Sims' and city-building experience 'Surviving Mars' is closer to scifi and building and exploration concepts, it is a settlement-building Simulation Game.
