Re: NASA Budget Allocation - I have a question about this...

I've been wondering what person(s) or bodies of people are specifically responsible for the distribution and allocation of the NASA Budget?  A Committee perhaps, If you have a link to a site of such a Commitee I would be very happy if you could provide me with that..
